. Not only is Shep...not the greatest dancer, but she also feels a little awkward in the uniform. At least mine does, cause she only ever wears her hoodie

Quick question, did you use Photoshop or Painter?
I used Manga Studio for inking this, actually, and Photoshop for the sketch and the coloring

For Liara, I put down the colors and then blended them with a textured brush, so I used the same technique I do for the faces, but for Shep's entire outfit and a part of Liara's I take the basic colors, duplicate the layer, set it to multiply and that way, I can add the darker parts the same way you'd do with, say, a copic marker
Hahaha, thank you again, the red part on her dress was actually pretty easy, I just painted it like the rest of the dress and then put the texture over it, setting the layer option to color dodge (I think..I like to just try things out 'til they work
Thanks for sharing how you did what you did. I know many artists who wouldn't disclose their "techniques".
